New details about the fourth and final season were announced today on the official X account of the anime adaptation of “Dr. STONE”. A new visual can be found below.
Start next year
The final season, which is entitled “Dr. STONE: Science Future”, will therefore start on Japanese television next year.
The TV broadcast will be spread over three courses (1 course = 3 months), with a break between each course. As with the previous seasons, studio TMS Entertainment is once again responsible for the production of the sequel to the adventure anime, with Shuuhei Matsushita (“DEEMO”) once again taking on the role of director. Other contributors have not yet been confirmed. “Dr. STONE” comprises three seasons to date, which are available on demand from Crunchyroll and in the original Japanese with English subtitles. The first two seasons have also already been released on DVD and Blu-ray.
